Kamehameha Schools and Arizona State University partnered together to create a series of innovative virtual huakaʻi (field trips) grounded in Hawaiian Culture-Based Education, seamlessly integrating STEM and ʻāina (land) based learning. Kahaluʻu Ma Kai in Kona is the first site in the series.
