Versmark's Parliament is a Bicameral Legislature, meaning that there are two chambers, with the House of Representatives and the House of Lords. These two houses work together to draft, propose and vote on legislation in the form of bills and policy. Parliament also has the ability to appoint ministers.
The House of Representatives is the lower chamber of the Sovereign State of Versmark, and is made up publicly elected representatives. Legislation arrives here first for deliberation, if the chamber passes the bill or appointment, it will move on to the House of Lords.

The House of Lords is the upper chamber of the Sovereign State of Versmark, and is made up of nobles appointed by the Sovereign. Legislation, having been passed in the House of Representatives, arrives here for further deliberation and voting. If a bill is passed by the Lords, it becomes law.

The Premier is the moderator of all of Parliament, working between both chambers to ensure efficacy, fairness and just protocol. The Premier has the power to moderate all sessions, call together a parliament and has the power of the veto.
