THE TURNOVER COMMITTEE

In accordance with Article V, paragraph 5.1 of the By-Laws of the Verandah Community Association Inc., the Verandah Turnover Committee was formed by a Board of Directors Resolution on October 27th, 2020 during the Annual Meeting. The Turnover Committee is composed of four Verandah homeowners. This committee was appointed by the current developer-controlled Board to prepare the community for turnover and its impending self-governance. This fact-finding committee exists in an advisory capacity only and has no authority to carry out policy or take action on behalf of the Association.

In addition, Neighborhood Representatives from the Verandah Community Association Advisory Committee (VCA-AC) as well members from the Community at large have volunteered to join Subcommittes to support this effort.
