OUR MISSION

The mission statement of the Turnover Committee is:

To build a platform for successful Developer turnover and for the future governance and prosperity of the Verandah Community.

The Committee will deliver this platform to the community and ultimately to a new Board of Directors in the form of:

• Preparation for the election of a homeowner-controlled board of directors.

• A resource document encompassing community operations, governing documents, committees, finances, property, infrastructure, and the turnover process.

With a completed election and a platform of knowledge, the community and the newly elected Board of Directors can move more swiftly and confidently through the turnover process and on to successful self-governance.

Your Neighborhood Representatives and the VCA will be working closely with the Turnover Committee to ensure that your concerns and input are considered.
