Shiela Llanes - Task Samples

This section highlights the tasks I have completed while collaborating with Virtufully. The samples include content scheduling via Buffer using Trello, data entry, lead generation, and various administrative tasks assigned to me. I also create video captions and schedule them on Instagram to support client engagement and strengthen their online presence.

Trello Tasks

I receive my task instructions directly through Trello. This is where Virtufully send me the details of what needs to be done, such as scheduling content or other assignments. Using Trello helps me keep track of tasks clearly, follow deadlines, and stay organized while working on each project.

Buffer Scheduling

After receiving task instructions through Trello, I carry out the scheduling using Buffer. This tool allows me to plan and publish content across different social media platforms at the right time. By following the details provided in Trello, I make sure each post is scheduled accurately, with the correct captions, images, and timing. Buffer helps keep content consistent and organized, making social media management easier for clients

Payment & Participation Documentation

For Virtufully’s client, I prepare the attestation of payment and participation documents required by the School Director. All the necessary information is gathered directly from Lark Base to ensure accuracy and completeness. This task involves carefully reviewing the data, organizing it into a clear format, and presenting it in a professional document that confirms both payment and participation details. By handling this process, I make sure the client receives reliable records that are consistent with the information stored in Lark Base.

Lead Generation / Data Entry

For this task, I collect and organize leads from different websites listed in Google Sheets. Each lead is documented with basic information, approximate company size, and the role of the contact (such as HR, leader, or founder). I also perform a public language scan by reviewing LinkedIn profiles or website content, noting the tone and keywords used. These details are entered into specific columns in Google Sheets, including “Size,” “Role,” and “Language Scan.” This process ensures that all leads are captured accurately, with both factual data and cultural insights that help identify the best fit for client needs

BIGVU Captioning Tasks

I use BIGVU to add captions to client videos. After uploading or recording the video, I generate automatic captions and then review them carefully to make sure the text is accurate and easy to read. I also adjust the style, font, and placement of the captions so they match the client’s branding and look professional. This process ensures that videos are more engaging, accessible, and ready to be shared across different platforms
