During my time working with Virtually Genne, I handled both administrative and marketing support. My responsibilities included preparing invoices with accurate documentation, tracking and organizing leads to support client outreach, and managing calendar meetings to ensure smooth scheduling and coordination. I also created Gmail labels to streamline inbox management, designed professional e‑mail signatures for consistent branding, and organized a Daily Planner to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. In addition, I assisted in developing email marketing materials and supporting campaign execution, which strengthened my understanding of digital communication strategies.
This experience helped me grow both professionally and personally, highlighting not only my ability to manage operations and support campaigns, but also my commitment to accuracy, organization, and delivering reliable results in a professional environment
