We use ClickUp as our main project management tool, where all tasks are organized and assigned. It serves as the central place to track progress, manage deadlines, and ensure that every responsibility is clearly documented and easy to follow.

Daily Time Management

We use Daily Time Management (DTM) to record our finished tasks and track whether they meet the standards set by the Virtually Genne team. This tool helps us identify if any assigned tasks still need adjustments or corrections after review, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.

Attendance

We use our Attendance records to track daily presence and participation. This serves as proof of accountability and ensures that every team member is consistently engaged and available for assigned tasks.

Slack

We use Slack as our main communication platform to coordinate tasks, share updates, and collaborate with the Virtually Genne team. It helps us streamline conversations, keep track of important discussions, and ensure that everyone stays aligned with ongoing projects.
