VAOTEC Meetings 

The VAOTEC meetings are held virtually across the Commonwealth and shared with all fieldwork educators and coordinators via web conferencing. Meeting access will be emailed prior to the meeting date, so make sure you are subscribed to our email list. Please click on the link provided approximately 5 minutes before the start of meeting.  

When participating remotely, choose a location with little background noise, log in early to ensure adequate connection and to eliminate the disruptive beeping as people join late, put your phone on mute when you are not talking, identify yourself when you speak and do not put your phone on hold and leave the call.  Thank you!
