Before the pull
There will be 4 tanks (3 adds and the boss) and you should assign healers to each of them.
You should use Stamina consumables and have the speed increased on boots enchant for this fight.
You should have some Limited Invulnarability potions for this fight.
The Fight
For this fight, everyone needs to spread out. Go far away from the entrance, at a spot where you are in range from the tank you're healing.
Both the boss and its adds will Whirlwind periodicly, causing huge AOE damage around them. You need to run away from them when they do so. If you cannot run fast enough, pop a Limited Invunerabily Potion in order not to die.
If you see someone slacking on the Whirlwind and not running away fast enough, shield him.
You should try to target Satura to see its target. This target will get charged and may need a shield. If this target is you, run far far away.
You'll move a lot during this fight, so you may not have the time to cast slow spells. Shields, renews and flash heals should be preferred.
At 20%, the boss enrages. Be even ore careful during this phase (for your own survivability), and try to pre shield melees even more.
