My name is Valerie, and I'm a current fresh grad from SUSS. During my 4 years at SUSS, I pursued full-time studies, specifically, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with a Minor in Communications.

I embarked on a journey as a business student in my polytechnic years, attaining a Diploma in Business Management specialising in International Business and Supply Chain Management in Nanyang Polytechnic. With multiple exposures to marketing, the capabilities and opportunities that allows us to expand and share our creativity in this module has sparked the desire and interest in me to explore this field further in SUSS. Personally, holding onto similar school values as SUSS such as having the 'HEART' has instilled a belief in me that the pursuance of my major will be more meaningful with the integration of the additional requirement of Service Learning to help the needy. This new journey would allow me to grow into a better and all-rounded individual, further adding value to me as a person.

After enrolling into SUSS, I faced multiple challenges in balancing work, school and other personal commitments. They say time management is key, but even this skill requires so much discipline to follow through.

​Essentially, this ePortfolio serves as a platform to document my on-going reflections post and pre-grad. It explores my introspective moments while navigating within my field of discipline, and also my life beyond university.
