• Student Services (Advising, Answers Center & Atlas Lab) (1-101): The Student Services office provides developmental advising which includes life, career, and educational planning. We also help with interpretation of assessments, strategies to address academic and personal challenges, programs to encourage student success skills, assistance with understanding academic policies, preparation for university transfer, and financial aid assistance.

• Counseling (1-101F, *Remote until Marc 2025*): Our dedicated team provides a blend of emotional and academic support to help you thrive. Feeling stressed, worried, or just need someone to talk to? Counselors are here to listen and offer solutions. From short-term interventions to academic strategies for success, we're all about helping you succeed. Counselors can connect you with resources at the college and in your community.

• Campus Security (1-103): They provide a safe, secure and welcoming campus; here is where you obtain your Parking Permit and Valencia ID.

• Student Development (1-116): Active involvement in events, activities, and organizations outside of class is a key to your future success. Student Development partners with the college's academic curriculum to provide co-curricular and extracurricular experiences that lead to our student's wholistic growth and development. Whether it is a club or organization, a work-study position, a leadership series, or a co-curricular certificate - Student Development invites you to find your interests and passions here at Valencia College.

• Learning Support Services (The Plaza) (1-231): The Plaza Tutoring Center provides academic and technical skills enhancement to support students meeting challenges in their current courses while encouraging and empowering students to become independent, self-advocating, and lifelong learners.

  • Math & Science Tutoring: Get personalized help in math, where tutors assist with everything from developmental math classes to calculus.

  • Writing & EAP Tutoring:  Writing tutors strive to help students become better, more confident writers.  Tutors actively guide and support writers throughout the writing process. Our goal is to help students master skills that they can apply independently to all their writing.

• Library (1-331): We are here to promote academic integrity, scholarly research, and inclusive access of information for all of Valencia College. Whether we work together remotely, or in-person, we promise to do our best to guide you on your academic journey.  Valencia College libraries are open and ready to serve your library and research needs.  We will continue to provide remote library services for those who prefer to access the library online.
