James (賴政宏)

Hello, everyone! I am Lai Cheng Hung, or you can call me James. I am a junior high school teacher at Maoli, and a graduate student of Geographical Education at NKNU. I was majored in gender studies and graduated from Shihshin University with a MA degree.

Hobby: I am interested in delicious food, reading all kind of texts, Jogging, traveling. I am learning Japanese now, so we can have a small talk about culture of East Asia.

Troy (林學澤)

Hi! I’m Troy, a second-year student majoring in geography of NKNU. My favorite subjects are physical geography, landforms, landscapes, and geology never let me get bored. I also like sports very much, like swimming, basketball, baseball, and I have been breakdancing for 5 years.

Hobby: swimming, breaking

What excites you about this program: Make new friends and learn something new.

Louise (徐慧茹)

Hello, I am Louise, a master student of NKNU. My research is using drone to investigate the changes of a coastal barrier near Tainan.

Hobby: I like to take a walk and take some photos. I also love night view. Sometime I play volleyball. Traveling around can bring me inspiration, and I usually send postcards to friends sharing my joy during the journey. So, I like to collect postcard around the world.

Kevin (陳鈞)

Hello, I’m Kevin. I graduated from NKNU with a Master’s degree in Geography.

Hobby: playing volleyball, watching anime and enjoying delicious food

What excites you about this program: Make some new friends from different country and cultures, and share delicious food with them.

Chester (李文龍）

My name is Chester and I study in the department of geography in National Kaohsiung Normal University. l think that Geography is my favorite subject. I live in Kaohsiung city, even though there are many industrial companies in the city, but it is pretty and modern. l enjoy playing the musical instruments, such as piano, erhu, saxophone, and I also like to listen to Chinese music. I really look forward to seeing you.

Hobby: play the piano, fish farming

What excites you about this program: As I plan to go to Canada as an exchange student, it is important to understand different cultures. l think this program provides an opportunity to make new friends and experience different cultures.

Ellen (盧品年)

Hello! I am Ellen from Kaohsiung, I have just graduated from the NKNU with BA in Geography. In August, I will be an intern in a high school. After the internship, I will plan to travel to Orchid Island for a working holiday.

Hobby: Reading, Travelling

What excites you about this program: I think it is a good chance to make friends with different cultures and share different experiences with each other. I believe I can broaden my horizons from this program.
