Early on in our research, we wished to gain insight into restaurant management systems users. Particularly what their experience with the RMS is, and what [if any] issues they face or features they wish were included. 

We worked together as a team to create the survey and write its questions. Then, myself and another teammate distributed the survey to participants. In order to find participants I posted the survey online on several forums designated for people working as waiters/waitresses and in a restaurant setting. It was also posted to various UW discord servers.  

The survey as well as a spreadsheet of results and the group report can be seen below.
