Our goal is to create a polished and professional portfolio that can be added to our resumes to display our best work. By doing this we hope to improve our ability to work as a team and strengthen our collaboration skills. Throughout our work as a team, we can hope to master different roles and experience working with different responsibilities 

Abby is the designer, responsible for the creative aspects of the projects. Sam handles quality control and serves as the checklist auditor, ensuring everything meets the required standards. Jackson is the teamwork and APA expert, specializing in collaboration and adherence to APA formatting. Cooper takes on the role of project manager, overseeing the entire process and keeping everything on track. Nic is the theory expert, offering deep insights into the theoretical aspects of the project. Luke is the writing expert, focusing on the clarity and quality of the written content.

Our norms are accountability, communication, reliability, individual initiative, and work quality. We hold each other accountable for our contributions and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the best of our abilities. Open communication is key to our success, allowing us to share ideas, provide feedback, and resolve any issues promptly. Reliability is vital, as we depend on each team member to follow through on their responsibilities. Each member is encouraged to take individual initiative, contributing actively to the project and stepping up when needed. Lastly, we maintain a high standard of work quality, striving for excellence in every aspect of our project.

Our communication plan is to meet every Thursday evening to plan and complete projects together. During the week, we will also use Teams to text and communicate about the workload, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned on tasks. This approach helps us stay organized and connected, even outside of our scheduled meetings.
