This photo shows a part of the Adirondack park near North Creek,NY. I took this picture last April on my way home during the middle of COVID. After a quick bushwhack from the road and a spooky scramble up some cliffs, I was able to grab this shot of an early spring snowfall. -Photo Credit : Ryan Mistur

Geomorphology /ˌjēōˌmôrˈfäləjē/

Geomorphology is the scientific field that relates the earth's topographic and bathymetric features. Physical, chemical and biological all make up these features in the natural world.

River shown is the west branch of the Sacandaga river emerging from the Silver Lakes wilderness. Second photo shows a large forest within the Silver lakes wilderness, my buddy David hangs onto a birch branch as we eat lunch and enjoy the view. The third photo is a segment of the lone rock point's reverse thrust fault. -Photo credit: Ryan Mistur
