New Atlantis is an archipelago primarily consisting of two major island cities. While its landmass is limited, its territorial waters are vast, stretching from the Northern Seas of Mossybottom to the Southern Reaches near Kepler. By claiming and protecting these waters, New Atlantis has effectively conquered the majority of the "Civilized Toy-world's" oceans.

• Colonial Legacy: Its name is a tribute to its history; it was named after Toyville City (Toyland’s capital) following the era of Toylandian colonization.

• Global Trade Hub: Serving as the central port for the archipelago, it is the primary center of commerce for international and national business.

New Atlantis stands as one of Toy-world’s most prosperous societies, shaped heavily by Toylandian influence yet firmly independent in its identity. Once colonized and economically dependent, it grew into a technological and maritime powerhouse, thriving on global trade and innovation. The heart of this relationship lies in Badjao City — once a humble Toylandian district where New Atlantians built their own community, similar to Earth’s Chinatowns. From there, New Atlantians helped drive Toylandia’s economic boom while uplifting their own homeland into wealth and stability by 2023. Their culture mirrors this duality: modern, cosmopolitan, and business-oriented like Toylandia, yet guided by a deep sense of discipline and loyalty to their nation. Today, New Atlantis symbolizes the success of cooperation between nations — a culture both familiar and proudly distinct in Toy-world’s ever-evolving civilization.

The ancient Atlantis civilization was a maritime society rich in culture and knowledge, with a strong connection to the seas. Its people excelled in navigation, trade, and arts, and their cities were strategically located across coastal islands. Ancient records indicate a sophisticated governance system led by queens and local rulers, though much of its history was lost following a catastrophic flood that destroyed major portions of the kingdom and erased many historical accounts. 

Ancient Atlantis was a civilization shaped by the sea. Its people built their culture on rhythm, movement, and harmony with the ocean — performing dances that mimicked the waves and composing deep, resonant drum music inspired by the tides. Every citizen, regardless of age or class, was trained to swim — a sacred skill symbolizing the flow of life and resilience.

The trident served as the ultimate symbol of power — gold for the monarch, silver for the nobility — representing authority and divine connection to the sea. Atlantis was a matriarchal society, revering women as leaders, judges, and warriors, believing the ocean’s nurturing yet commanding nature was feminine. First Toy-World War and Queen Melinda (2015–2016)

In 2015, the Shingshang Dynasty, under Emperor Budalider, launched a planned invasion of Atlantis to extend their Toy-world ambitions. The Atlantis defenders, led by Queen Melinda, were warned by the Badjaos, who reported the approaching forces. Queen Melinda sought aid from the Kingdom of Toys, and King Teddy and President 2nd Teddy dispatched large ships equipped with cannons. The First Toy-World War erupted in 2016, with Queen Melinda personally joining the battle against Shingshang general Chito Choi. During the confrontation, Queen Melinda fatally stabbed General Choi with her trident but was killed in combat. Nobility adopted the elegant gowns, banquet culture, and architectural grandeur of the Kingdomof Toys, while still maintaining their oceanic roots through marine motifs and aquatic symbolism. Art flourished — blending land and sea aesthetics — and the upper class hosted lavish feasts celebrating peace and cooperation. This era solidified Atlantis’s place as a cultural bridge between the East and West of Toy-World, embodying refinement, openness, and progress.

The Great Fall and Division of Atlantis (2017–2019)

During Queen Victoria’s reign in 2017, a devastating earthquake struck the capital, followed by a massive flood that drowned the queen and many citizens. Following this disaster, the Badjaos split into two factions: the Black Atlantian Kingdom ruled by former nobility and the White Atlantian Kingdom ruled by the former peasants. Discrimination by the Black faction against the White led to civil conflict. In 2019, Crown Prince Green Bigfoot of Black Atlantis defected to support the White Atlantians, becoming a national symbol of unity and reform.

In a landmark election during this era, the Atlantian people voted for Redblue Bigfoot, a self-taught figure known for his practical engineering wisdom and successful housing business. Though he lacked formal academic training, his "Engineer" title was earned through the actual construction of homes and infrastructure in Badjao Town, where he was recognized as the wealthiest resident. On April 14, 2023, the President officially opened the new Toyvillo, expecting a mass return of Atlantians to their ancestral homeland.

Due to Atlantian laws preventing foreigners from purchasing land, the expansion was spearheaded by the CEO of ToyVille’s New Atlantis Franchise "Mayor Purple Elepante" whom was also mayor of Toyvillo City. The strategic goal was the reconstruction of the Toyvillo Mall, a symbol of luxury and commerce that had been lost to the Federation's decline.

On November 25, 2025, the global hierarchy of the Toy-world was officially redefined. During a special broadcast of Toylandia’s Truth through Eyes of News on the Stringline network, New Atlantis was formally designated as the New Temporary Economic Superpower. This "temporary" status was a nuanced analytical decision; global observers noted that while New Atlantis held current market dominance, Toylandia’s foundational wealth remained a significant force, and the nation of Budan was rapidly ascending as a secondary economic power. This declaration signaled the beginning of a competitive multipolar era in Toy-world history.

The Presidential Response and National Sentiment Following the announcement, President Sahaya E. Bigfoot held a press conference to address the nation and the international community.
