Both Toy-Egypt and Baksus trace their roots to pirates settling in the Toymerican desert islands. These pirates were among the first outsiders to explore and inhabit the region. The Toy-Egyptians established an open kingdom, while the Baksusan tribes remained hidden in remote areas, unknown to the Toy-Egyptians.

Toy-Egypt:

The Toy-Egyptians developed a feudal system with pharaohs as rulers, hieroglyphic writing to preserve their culture, and early systems of labor, including slavery. Their society centered on religion, conquest, and trade. They built pyramids, temples, and fortifications in the desert, recording their history and legends for future generations.

Baksus:

The Baksusan tribes lived in secret, forming clans with their own governance and rituals. They were highly skilled in combat and survival, maintaining independence and resisting outside influences. The Baksusan name comes from their lost ancient dialect, meaning “firm” or “steadfast.” They preserved oral traditions and created a tribal identity distinct from the Toy-egyptians. 

The Baksusan tribes lived in secret, forming clans with their own governance and rituals. They were highly skilled in combat and survival, maintaining independence and resisting outside influences. The Baksusan name comes from their lost ancient dialect, meaning “firm” or “steadfast.” They preserved oral traditions and created a tribal identity distinct from the Toy-egyptians.

The kingdom was formally founded in 2014 by King Tooth, a pirate leader who established the first pharaonic lineage.

King Tooth ruled for several years, uniting tribes and organizing a strong desert kingdom. He was revered as a wise and just ruler, but he had no heir. 

Ancient Toy-Egypt thrived in a harsh desert landscape, defined by pyramids that served as both palaces and symbols of divine authority. Society followed a rigid hierarchy: Pharaohs ruled through divine right, nobles managed vast lands, peasants sustained agriculture, and slaves toiled under severe conditions.

Fashion was a marker of privilege — nemes headdresses for men, golden wigs for noble women, and linen wraps for commoners. Toy-Egyptians pioneered written communication through hieroglyphs, recording their conquests, laws, and myths. Sadly, much of this ancient knowledge was lost during the Architect Era, leaving only fragments of their grandeur etched in stone and memory.

In 2017, his trusted advisor Mushy Slushie assumed the throne as Emperor Mushy Slushie after King Tooth’s death. He attempted to expand the kingdom, waging wars on Toyland and Toymerica using enslaved labor.

In 2019, Emperor Mushy Slushie was assassinated during a public speech, bringing instability to Toy-Egypt. 

Following Mushy Slushie’s death, a Toylandian named King Dracula briefly claimed the throne alongside his daughter, Queen E. Their rule was short-lived, as they were ousted by the people. 

The Toy-Egyptian Republic was then established under President Jello Monsterito, a relative of King Dracula. While the republic granted freedom, it struggled with governance and could not defend itself from external threats, leaving the kingdom vulnerable to Baksusan expansion. 

The recorded history of Baksus begins in approximately 2012 with the emergence of King Muffins, a prominent tribal leader. During this period, Baksus existed as a small, hidden kingdom within the Toy-Egyptian desert reaches. The early Baksusan state was characterized by a tribal structure that mirrored the neighboring Toy-Egyptian civilizations but remained strictly independent. King Muffins’ reign was a foundational period that organized the nomadic elements of the region into a cohesive, though small, kingdom. His rule was brief, serving as the bridge between ancestral tribalism and the formal monarchy that would follow. 

Following the passing of King Muffins, the High Priest of the Baksusan tribes ascended to the throne, becoming King Prist in 2013. His reign is regarded by historians as the Baksusan Golden Age, a transformative era that redefined the nation’s cultural and sovereign identity. 

King Prist synthesized the aesthetics of the "Medieval Kingdom of Toys" with Toy-Egyptian artistic traditions. This era saw the standardization of Baksusan Hieroglyphs, a complex writing system used to document the nation’s lineage and laws on paper-based artifacts and accessories. These scrolls and arts became the primary medium for preserving the Baksusan identity. 

Following the stability of the early Pristine era, Baksus entered a dark period characterized by severe internal unrest and the rise of unrecorded despots. Approximately in the year 2019, an unrecorded monarch and his consort, Queen Dugly, assumed control of the tribal territories. This administration was defined by the imposition of cruel, restrictive laws that deeply oppressed the Baksusan populace, straining the traditional social fabric of the desert tribes. 

The tyranny of the unrecorded monarch and Queen Dugly was ended by the intervention of a human figure known as Denise. According to Baksusan historical accounts, Denise utilized a "magical wand"—a powerful artifact capable of neutralizing the royal guard and ending the lives of the King and the cruel Queen Dugly. 

In the immediate power vacuum, Queen Denise ascended to the throne, marking a historic milestone as the first female monarch in Baksusan history. Though her reign lasted only one week, her presence represented a total disruption of the traditional royal line. Her short-term governance acted as a transitional bridge before the Baksusan crown was seized by an external power. 

The stability of the kingdom was further threatened by the arrival of King Posaidon, an entity believed to be of Atlantian origin. Posaidon’s reign surpassed the cruelty of Queen Dugly; he established a regime based on absolute fear and forced labor. Under his command, any citizen who failed to follow direct orders faced immediate and severe punishment. The Baksusan peasantry was subjected to grueling physical labor, pushing the isolationist kingdom to the brink of collapse.  

In 2020, under the leadership of King Bob, the Baksusan tribes made the historic decision to dismantle their isolationist policies. For the first time, the Baksusan people ventured beyond the desert reaches of Toy-Egypt. This period of discovery was a profound shock to the national psyche; the Baksusans realized that while they had remained "stuck in the past," the surrounding nations had achieved massive technological and social advancements.

Hearing of the immense technological wealth of the Toylandian Federation, a large-scale migration began in 2021. However, the transition was fraught with conflict. The Baksusans, still adhering to tribal customs and spear-carrying defensive doctrines, were perceived by the modern Toylandians as "savages." Their arrival often resulted in social chaos, as the cultural gap between the high-tech Toylandian society and the tribal Baksusan traditions was too vast to bridge immediately. 

Because the ancestral Baksusan lands were legally classified as territories of the Toy-Egyptian Republic at that time, the Baksusans did not enter Toylandia as recognized citizens of a sovereign state. Instead, they settled as a displaced minority group.

They primarily occupied Badjao Town, which was a severely impoverished and underdeveloped area of Toylandia at the time. Their status in this region was unique:

• Legal Status: They were viewed as a tribal minority or a stateless group rather than a formal national delegation.

• Societal Integration: Integration was nearly impossible for the first generation; most Baksusans were illiterate in modern Toy-world technology and systems. They lived in a parallel society, maintaining their own tribal laws while surrounded by the modern infrastructure of Toylandia.

The Carpet Trade and Cultural Preservation

Despite their lack of formal education in modern systems, the Baksusans found an economic niche that allowed them to preserve their identity. They became renowned for the production and sale of Baksusan Carpets. These carpets were more than merchandise; they were woven records of their history, featuring:

• Baksusan Hieroglyphs: Intricate designs that told the stories of their tribes.

• Royal Portraiture: Designs often featured the image of their monarchs (such as King Bob or King Prist), serving as a portable reminder of their sovereignty while living in a foreign land.

Upon the passing of King Bob, a sudden succession crisis emerged. The rightful heir, Prince Rob, was absent from the Baksusan territories, remaining in Toylandia. In his final wishes, King Bob designated a local Baksusan named Von as his heir to ensure the tribe was not left leaderless.

King Von assumed the crown but is recorded in the Toy-world Truth Archives as the most humble monarch in history. Feeling he was an "undeserving" placeholder, his first and only major decree was to dispatch his men across the Commonwealth to locate the true heir. Upon the return of Rob, King Von voluntarily abdicated the throne. His reign, lasting only a brief period in January 2020, established a precedent of selfless loyalty to the Pristine bloodline.

With the crown restored to the bloodline, King Rob (hereafter known by his regnal name, King Zeus) declared an immediate war of liberation against the Toy-Egyptian Republic.

The invasion was swift and decisive. The Toy-Egyptian government had become vulnerable; most of its citizens and its President had relocated to Toylandia, believing it to be a safer haven against human interference. Finding the Toy-Egyptian lands largely undefended, King Zeus’s forces seized the territory. At the height of this invasion, the United Nations of Toy-world (UNT) officially recognized Baksus as a sovereign country.

In a rare move of cultural synthesis, Baksus did not erase Toy-Egypt. Instead, the Baksusans became Toy-Egypt, fully embracing the culture, arts, and identity of the land as their own. While the original Toy-Egyptians eventually disappeared over the years through intermixing with other nationalities, the Baksusans prevailed as the true successors to the Toy-Egyptian legacy.

Following the tragedy of February 2020, the toddler King Warror ascended the throne, historically the youngest king in Baksusan history. Due to his age, the administration of the newly expanded Baksusan state fell to a regent. This position was seized by Mr. Green, the last President of the former Toy-Egyptian Republic.

In the immediate wake of King Warror’s coronation, the Baksusan court was struck by a final, somber ritual that left the monarchy vulnerable. The Queen Mother, wife of the late King Zeus, succumbed to profound depression following the assassination of her husband. Adhering to the ancient, synthesized Toy-Egyptian traditions that Baksus had recently embraced, she performed the ritual of self-mummification.

This act was seen by the Baksusan people as a ultimate sign of devotion and grief, but its political consequences were devastating. By entering this eternal state, the Queen Mother effectively exited the realm of living politics. This left the toddler King Warror without a maternal guardian or a protective family influence during his most formative years.

With the Queen Mother mummified and King Zeus dead, Prime Minister Green stepped into the void, not just as a political leader, but as the primary "parent figure" for the young King. This relationship allowed Green to manipulate the King's upbringing to suit his own selfish interests:

• Emotional Manipulation: Green nurtured the King’s growing hatred for Toylandia, using it as a tool to justify the cruel labor taxes and military expansion.

• Absolute Authority: Because there was no Royal Family members left to challenge him, the Prime Minister held total control over the King’s decrees and the nation's treasury.

• The Crown's Shadow: While Warror wore the crown, it was Green who wielded the scepter. The King became a symbol of the nation's pain, while the Prime Minister became the architect of its cruelty.

The image of the "Toddler King" being raised by the very man who was enslaving his people and taxing his workers created a dark chapter in Baksusan history. This era ensured that the King’s only guidance came from a man obsessed with power, further cementing the nation's path toward a militant and vengeful future.

While King Warror was young, his early consciousness was shaped by the trauma of his predecessor's death. He famously "planted a seed of hate," publicly promising a campaign of revenge against Toylandia. However, this was a strategic impossibility at the time; the Baksusan state was impoverished, and the inherited Toy-Egyptian infrastructure was depleted because the previous Republic had focused on foreign residency in Toylandia rather than domestic defense. 

Prime Minister Green is believed to have exploited King Warror’s desire for revenge to consolidate his own power. To fund the massive "Weaponry Investment" required to challenge Toylandia, Green implemented a brutal economic policy targeting the Baksusan workforce.

Baksusan breadwinners were forced to migrate to Toylandia as overseas workers. This created a paradoxical situation where Baksusans worked within the very nation they hated to fund its eventual destruction. The conditions of this labor were enforced through extreme fear:

• The Tax Quota: Every overseas worker was legally obligated to remit 10,000 Pounds (£T) back to the Baksusan treasury.

• Corporal Punishment: Failure to meet this quota resulted in the worker being forcibly repatriated and subjected to public whipping and other cruel punishments.

• Enslavement of Toy-Egyptians: Those of Toy-Egyptian descent who remained in the territory were subjected to forced labor to support the military expansion, funding the purchase of modern arms and technology.

The beginning of the Architect Era saw the collapse of the previous territorial order. Refugees from Toyland and the Budanese territories arrived in the Toymerican islands, bringing their cardboard structures and belongings, which displaced the native Baksusans and Toy-Egyptians. For a brief period, the Baksusan state appeared to have fallen. 

However, in August 2021, King Warror successfully revived the nation. He appointed a senior Jello Monsterito—the historic first President of Toy-Egypt—as his new Prime Minister. This appointment signaled a return to the ruthless administrative style of the past. 

During this resurgence, Baksus revealed its secret progress: it had successfully developed Nuclear Power. When the Kingdom of Buddisslandia was formed in the former Toymerican territories under King Ben (son of the former Toylandian President Bonnie Makroy), Baksus immediately declared war.

King Ben, a renowned fortune teller, foresaw that a conflict would result in the total annihilation of his people by Baksusan nuclear strikes. To prevent a massacre, King Ben signed a peace treaty, peacefully merging his kingdom into the Greater Baksusan Federation. This expansion turned Baksus into a continental power.

In a rare moment of personal diplomacy, King Warror conducted a state visit to the Baksusan Kingdom (a separate regional entity) to meet King Chuck E. and Prince Jack Frost. The meeting was defined by a shared bond; all three royals had lost their mothers at a young age. This emotional connection strengthened the alliance between the two kingdoms for years to come.

Under Prime Minister Jello Monsterito, Baksus achieved Economic Superpower status for the first time. This wealth was built on the exploitation of Toylandian refugees and entrepreneurs. The government imposed crushing taxes; toylandian businesses that failed to pay were immediately shut down.

During this time, the Baksusan King’s identity was so shrouded in mystery that a famous incident occurred at "Eiah Land," a top Toylandian fast-food restaurant. A man successfully deceived the owner, Eiah Long, by posing as the King. Because the public did not know the King’s face, he received royal treatment before the deception was uncovered.

Martial Law and the Empowerment Event (August 2021)

To solidify Baksus’s position on the Toy-world stage, King Warror hosted a massive Empowerment Event. However, this "empowerment" came at a high cost. The King and Prime Minister declared Martial Law over the entire Federation.

The decree of Martial Law allowed the government to:

1. Strictly Enforce Taxes: No citizen or business could evade the heavy financial demands of the state.

2. Suppress Dissent: Any opposition to the King’s "Divine" authority or the Prime Minister's policies was met with immediate military force.

3. Solidify Survival: By force of arms, Baksus ensured it would not be erased by the shifting physical changes of the Architect Era.

In September 2021, as the physical reconstruction of the living Toyland island continued, the Toylandian government faced a crisis of administrative space. President Toychica of Toylandia traveled to the Baksusan Federation to negotiate a historic land-use agreement with King Warror.

The result of these negotiations was the formation of New Toyland City. Under the terms of the agreement:

• Territorial Sovereignty: The Baksusan Federation retained legal ownership of the entire territory.

• Administrative Autonomy: The Toylandian government was granted the right to govern the city internally as their temporary seat of power.

• The Division of West and East: West Toymerica remained under the direct, absolute rule of King Warror, while the East was transformed into New Toyland City.

New Toyland City quickly became the largest and most prosperous city in the world. It functioned as an economic and tourist hub, filled with bustling markets, factories, and iconic cardboard skyscrapers preserved from the pre-Architect era. Crucially, because the city held autonomy, the Baksusan Martial Law did not apply within its borders, allowing it to become a center of free trade and culture amidst the surrounding military state.

Despite the agreement, a cold tension remained. King Warror admitted to his inner circle that he feared the Toylandian government, recognizing that despite Baksus’s rise, Toylandia remained an equal power. This fear drove the King to continue his aggressive "Empowerment" programs to ensure Baksus was never outpaced. 

In October 2021, the legendary King FF of Toy-world gathered the leaders of all nations to establish a formal Executive Power position—a ruling authority designed to lead the Commonwealth through the instabilities of the Architect Era.

To the surprise of many, King FF selected the Baksusan Federation to hold the Executive Power. His decision was based on three critical factors:

1. Strategic Leverage: The Toylandian government was currently operating from New Toyland City, which was legally Baksusan soil. By making Baksus the Executive Power, King FF ensured the leading government was rooted in a territory it already controlled.

2. National Empowerment: Baksus had shown unprecedented growth in its industrial and social "Empowerment" events during the Architect Era.

3. Nuclear Deterrence: By this time, the Baksusan military had officially stockpiled five nuclear weapons, making them the most militarily formidable nation in the union.

The Resulting Shift

The appointment of Baksus as the Executive Power reversed the traditional hierarchy. The former "tribal desert kingdom" was now the legal superior of Toylandia. However, this status only heightened the underlying resentment; while Baksus held the title, the wealth and culture of the world still flowed through the Toylandian hub of New Toyland City.

On December 2021, the Architect Era officially concluded, and with it, Baksus lost its designated title as the Executive Power of Toy-world. This loss of status triggered an economic migration, as Baksusans began moving to Toylandia in search of better opportunities.

By 2022, King Warror had matured into a young adult. He and his wife, Queen Lain, had expanded the royal family with two heirs: Prince Athena and Prince Chrysus. In a move reflecting the nation's new mobile and modernized identity, the King abandoned the traditional palace, moving the royal seat to the BAKSUS31—a private royal jet that functioned as a high-tech "mini palace" traveling across the Toy-world.

To combat the depopulation of Baksus, King Warror ended Martial Law and introduced the world’s first Communist Monarchy. This unique system was personally designed by the King without a Prime Minister:

• The Baksusan Building: This modern skyscraper replaced the old village capital. It housed the nation’s entire administrative, military, and economic infrastructure in one structure.

• Universal Salary: In a radical social experiment, the government provided annual salaries to all citizens, regardless of employment status. While this did not expand the GDP, it achieved the King's goal of making the populace "happy and comfortable," successfully halting the migration.

• In April 2022, a powerful typhoon struck the Federation, nearly toppling the Baksusan Building. Through swift government intervention, the structure was saved from total collapse. Following the storm, the King used the repairs as an opportunity for expansion, adding more floors to the building and further densifying the Baksusan capital. 

May 2022 saw the rise of the Shengdian Empire under the dictator Ifor Choi, a descendant of the ancient Shingshang dynasty. In a single day, Choi invaded and seized the living Toyland island.

This crisis forced an unexpected diplomatic shift:

1. Exile: Budanese President Donald Long Jefferson and Toylandian candidate Dr. BB-A fled to Baksus seeking asylum.

2. The Alliance: King Warror, showing a newfound diplomatic kindness, offered Baksusan military and strategic aid. Alongside the judicial support of New Atlantis, the Baksusan Federation helped destabilize the Shengdian Empire peacefully.

3. The Trios: After Ifor Choi was imprisoned and Dr. BB-A won the election, the three leaders formed the "Toy-world Trios"—a powerful alliance between Baksus, Budan, and Toylandia that would dominate international relations for years.

The stability of the Trios was short-lived. In October 2022, President Jamilla Frog of New Atlantis utilized Treaty 777 to file a historic legal case against King Warror for his past actions (including the harsh taxes and martial law eras).

• The Defense: The Baksusan government hired Attorney Shane Jefferson, the daughter of Donald Long. A legal prodigy, Shane had graduated at a very young age and was famous for defending her family’s interests in court.

• The Verdict: Despite a spirited defense, the New Atlantis Court ruled against the King.

• The Transition: King Warror was forced to abdicate his throne. In a somber ceremony, he passed the Baksusan crown to his young heir, Prince Chrysus, marking the end of the Warror Era and the beginning of a new regency for the Federation.

As King Warror’s forced abdication approached in late 2022, a major political stir was caused by Princess Athena, Duchess of Toymerica. Now an adult and married to George A-Royal (a descendant of King AJ), Athena reconsidered the childhood refusal she had made years prior.

Legally, a window of opportunity existed for King Warror to amend the succession laws and name her as his successor before his forced abdication was finalized. However, due to the rapid pace of the legal proceedings and the complexity of the "Toy-world Trios" alliance, the paperwork was never changed. By the time the formal call for her to become Queen was made, it was simply too late. On November 6, 2022, King Warror moved forward with the established plan and crowned King Chrysus on Toylandian soil.

On November 6, 2022, the transition of power was finalized on Toylandian soil, where the abdicated King Warror personally crowned his son, King Chrysus. All Toy-world leaders were invited except New Atlantis President Jamilla Frog.

As his first major act, King Chrysus abolished the "Communist Monarchy" established by his father and transitioned Baksus into a Capitalist Kingdom. However, the shift did not bring immediate prosperity. The iconic Baksusan Building, once the vertical capital of the nation, fell into severe disrepair. This forced the Baksusan people to abandon the modern skyscraper and return to the ancestral Village Capital.

The Desert Paradox

Despite being the largest country by landmass in the Toy-world, Baksus remains largely underdeveloped. Because its vast deserts are highly protected by human observers, the nation cannot achieve the urban density of Toylandia. Consequently, Baksus exists as a "Powerhouse in Poverty"—possessing the world’s most formidable weaponry and a reserve of five nuclear bombs, yet ranking as the poorest nation in terms of domestic infrastructure and citizen wealth.

Following his abdication, the former King (now known simply as Warror Bughawan) and Lain Bughawan were forced to relocate to the nation of Budan. No longer wealthy or powerful, Warror transitioned to a life of quiet entrepreneurship and the arts. He became a part-time actor and launched a small snack business called "Chipsus." Though the business saw limited success, it marked the final step of his journey from a divine ruler who rewrote history to a relatable private citizen. 

In January 2023, King Chrysus was living a solitary life, traveling across the world on the BAKSUS31 royal jet. Despite his status as the ruler of the world’s most powerful military force, the young King was deeply lonely.

During a stop in Budan, he visited a local Eiah Land fast-food restaurant for a meal. It was there that he met Sparkles Pring, a young Budanese girl who was working as part of the restaurant's fast-food crew. Struck by her beauty and spirit, the King spent time getting to know her outside her shifts. Their connection was immediate, and the King soon decided to marry her in a private, intimate ceremony.

This transformation—from an ordinary fast-food worker in Budan to Queen Sparkles of Baksus—captured the imagination of the public. It made her an immediate "Royal Icon" because she understood the struggles of the working people, specifically the very "breadwinners" that Baksus relied on for its taxes.

On April 1, 2023, the Baksusan Federation rejoiced at the birth of the first son of King Chrysus and Queen Sparkles. The infant was named Prince Dionysus, and he was immediately bestowed with the prestigious title of Duke of Toykingdom.

The most moving aspect of the Prince's birth was the family reconciliation it triggered. Upon hearing the news in Budan, the former King and Queen—now living as private citizens Warror and Lain Bughawan—made the journey back to Baksus to see their new grandson. 

Under Prime Minister Fredimer Smurf, Baksus returned to a familiar economic strategy but more humane. On June 12, 2023, the government announced the relaunch of the Overseas Baksusan Worker program.

• The Tax System: Workers in Toylandia are required to pay 10,000 Pounds in taxes.

• The Toyville Embassy: To facilitate this, a simple embassy was constructed in Toyville City (Toylandia’s capital). Lain Bughawan was appointed as the head accountant of this embassy, personally managing the tax funds intended to rebuild Baksusan infrastructure

On June 30, 2023, Queen Sparkles made a high-profile visit to the Baksusan Embassy in Toyville City. This was not merely a diplomatic stop, but a cultural event that transformed her into a global royal icon. Her presence at the embassy—where Lain Bughawan was busy managing the 10,000-pound labor taxes—brought international attention to the Baksusan cause.

The 1Toy Palace Banquet

In a gesture reflecting the deep alliance between the two powers, President Mia Monsterito of Toylandia invited Queen Sparkles and the Royal Family to a private banquet at the 1Toy Palace. This event was a celebration of the unity between the Baksusan monarchy and the Toylandian presidency. It demonstrated that even though Baksus remained economically disadvantaged compared to the bustling markets of Toylandia, it was respected as a sovereign equal and a vital military ally.

Despite the high-profile diplomatic triumphs of the Royal Family and the strategic alliance with Toylandia, the Baksusan Federation remains in a period of calculated, slow development. To bridge the gap between their status as a military power and their current economic reality, the government launched an aggressive population expansion program.

Leveraging the well-known Gene-Doubling Process, the state successfully incentivized a new generation of Baksusans, offering single citizens and overseas workers the opportunity to produce heirs in state-of-the-art labs in Toylandia. This initiative transformed the social fabric of the Village Capital; it gave the workers paying the 10,000-pound tax at the Toyville Embassy a biological stake in the nation’s future. These "Breadwinners" are no longer just sending money to a distant government—they are funding a country that their own children will one day inhabit.
