5-Results of the questionnaire

The results of the questionnaire show us that:

Our pupils enjoyed working on this project, and they found the topic imaginative and creative .

The part they prefered is :1 imagining and creating a collaborative paperbook and e-book , 2- sharing about christmas and gardening (same results)

Their favorite challenge was imaginig and creating a garden with artistic objects .

They find that the advantage of working within this kind of project is : To use technology and cooperate in teams .

They all want to participate in another etwinning project .....

6-How did we motivate our pupils to be involved in the project ?

How did we work with young pupils ?

This multidisciplinary project logically linked the learning fields of the school. Students developed:

- Their comprehension, their oral expression, their writings ; by using their native language, English.

- Their listening and reading of youth literature on the protection of the Planet, recycling.

-Their productions of writings: animated book, data sheets, dictionary

- Their creativity and artistic culture.

- Their civic conscience, their eco-practise.

- Their ability to question plants, materials.

- Their understanding of mathematics to describe, compare, reproduce shapes, measure lengths, volumes.

-Their use of technology (etwinning)

• Motivate young students: Through regular exchanges in the Twinspace (drawings, discussions, videos, photos ...) students are involved in the project.

Modalities of work: Alternation of oral language sessions, group work.

-Group-class: Questions, debates, pooling.

-Individual, binomial, dictated to the adult: research / writing

- 4 students: Experimentation, creative activities, differentiated tasks

Progress of the project: in stages and by themes (see the project pages, the site, the pad "Used objects in Art 20182019"

7-COOPERATION

We have cooperated on many aspects to complete this project. However, until March, we treated the themes separately, to accompany the specific needs of our students (in great learning difficulty at the Leon Lin School).

By respecting the progress of students and schools, we collaborated by publishing and sharing results in digital spaces.

We exchanged on the tools to use for the final productions. We have chosen easy-to-use educational tools that students can share and use in their practices.

Students created a common gardening document (Google presentation).

They cooperated closely to create their book.

Writing: The students of Greece wrote the first part and sent it to the Martinique students who wrote the rest of the story.

The illustrations: Martinique illustrated the first part of the book. The pupils of Greece, the second.

The animated pages: We decided together to create in each school, in our mother tongue, a book and an animation book. Students exchanged tutorials on creating animated pages.

They cooperated in the evaluation of the project.

8-ADVANTAGES TO WORK WITHIN THIS KIND OF PROJECT

This project has been interesting for several reasons:

It allowed young students (in difficulty or not) to develop their creative sense, to achieve beautiful artistic productions with recycled objects (Christmas decorations, sustainable garden and sensory). Students developed social skills of cooperation, solidarity, respect. Students have become aware of the negative impact of human activity on their environment. They are more aware of issues related to sustainable development, and are able to practice simple eco-gestures.

They reinvented their knowledge and wrote a masterpiece of collaborative writing: "The wonders of Mr Ben": animated book, illustrated.

Participating in this kind of project allows everyone to produce complex productions, because students are stimulated by correspondents and cooperative work pays off.

Students and teachers are proud of the results. School cooperation and exchanges have been rich throughout the school year.

All hope for recognition of this project by a quality label.

--> All the documents are published and can be consulted in the Twinspace.
