  • Selecting/confirming community partners in their location

  • Building agency relationships

  • Staying on budget

  • Recruiting and fundraising

  • Developing an alternative break itinerary

  • Overseeing travel logistics

  • Preparing education and group-building activities

  • Participating in training during the summer through the following academic year

Leadership Application Timeline

  1. Fill out online application, early spring

  2. Complete interview with the committee

  3. Selections/offers made March for Exec Board, April for Site-Leaders

  4. Accept or decline the offer

  5. Begin responsibilities in April for the following academic year
