Eugene is located in the southern Willamette valley, and is accessible via car (I-5 runs close to campus), train (there is an Amtrack station 1.8 miles from campus), or air (10.2 miles from campus). Two train routes run through Eugene (Amtrack Cascades and Coast Starlight), which can make for a convenient option if you live on the West Coast. The Eugene Airport (EUG) is served by most major airlines (American, Alaska Air, Delta, United) and some budget airlines as well (Avelo, Allegiant, Southwest).

The University of Oregon has on-campus housing available for LSA's Linguistic Institute participants, and that lodging option has been made available for registrants of this co-located conference. This line connects the area where AACL will take place with the rest of campus and even areas of our sister city, Springfield.
