What's Included:

- Stay in a tent / cottage for both the nights (Friday, 11th & Saturday, 12th).

- Mats and sleeping bags.

- Access to all activities, workshops & performances.

- 3 Breakfasts (Friday, 11th, Saturday, 12th & Sunday, 13th Nov) - vegetarian food.

- 2 Lunches (Friday, 11th, Saturday, 12th) - vegetarian food.

- 2 Dinners (Friday, 11th, Saturday, 12th) - vegetarian food.

- Pick up from Bengaluru on Thursday, the 10th night (timing and location will be shared to the ticket holders) - semi sleeper non A/C bus.

- Drop off at Bengaluru (We will reach on Sunday, the 13th night) - semi sleeper non A/C bus.

What's Not Included:

- Any food/snacks ordered at the cafeteria apart from what's included. Payable in cash directly to the cafeteria.

- Alcohol and mixers - The festival will not sell any alcohol, mixers or ice cubes. Please bring your own booze and mixers. If you are planning to drink, please drink responsibly. We have to be mindful of the space and the property that we are in. URU/OAA will take no responsibility for your actions and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.

- Pillows/bed sheets/mattresses.

- Yoga mats - Please bring your own.

- Toiletries and Personal essentials - Please bring your own.

- Any other personal expenses outside of the inclusions.

Cancellation policy:

If you wish to cancel your participation before the 30th of Sep 2022, 80% of the total amount will be refunded.

If you wish to cancel your participation between 1st of Oct & 15th of Oct 2022 , 50% of the total amount will be refunded. Tickets will not be refunded if you wish to cancel your participation after 15th of October, 2022. You can transfer your ticket to someone else after the 15th of October if you can no longer attend.

If the event gets cancelled due to any unforeseen reason, you will receive a full refund.
