In this workshop, you'll get to foray into the wilderness, connect to the living environment, heighten your spatial awareness, get inspired by nature and use your inspiration to express yourself creatively.
Shilpa's workshop would consist of a half an hour walk in nature, collect natural materials on the walk, return to the workshop space and use the items collected to express what you observed.

In this workshop using expressive art, theatre and wellness tools, Deepak will help us tune into self-expression beyond categories of orientation and gender in an attempt to find our deeper being.
You will get a chance to explore emotional, aesthetic, archetypal, social & cultural dimensions that shape our psychology.

In this workshop, you'll be getting your hands dirty with clay and learn the basics of pottery with freehand.
You will be guided by the supremely talented Balakrishna from Yogam pottery and you will get an opportunity to creatively express yourself using clay and shaping them by hand.

Through this workshop, participants will be eased into creating art through curated activities within a safe space using visual and performative mediums. The objective is to demystify art and offer frameworks on how one can approach it by simplifying it. The emphasis of this hybrid session will be on ‘Seeing’ and ‘Translating’. Using experiential activities, diverse mediums and pauses for introspection, the workshop will introduce the methodology and thought process of an artist to the participants.
You do not require any prior experience to participate in the workshop.

In this workshop, you'll be engaging in a 'Mindful movement session' with poi which focuses on enhancing body awareness through ‘Poi Spinning’.
It will be an interactive session, where you will be learning the basic techniques & concepts of spinning poi and how to use it in your daily life as an exercise routine. Poi will be provided for all participants at the venue.

In this workshop, you'll learn the techniques of slacklining and then put it to use by attempting to slackline.
Slacklining is all about balance. Mac will give us insights on how to extend the art of slacklining to bring balance into your everyday life.

This workshop will be focused on understanding what a safe space means to you. You will use art and poetry to define what a safe space means to you.
Under the guidance of Raju, you will be using using found poetry and blackout poetry to express your lived experiences and understandings of gender and sexuality.

This workshop will aim at increasing control on your body and unlocking new understandings of it through movement. You will first explore the space inside and outside of a hoop as a metaphor to look inside and outside your bodies.
The workshop will also involve the creation of a choreography with elements of free gender expression thereby making your personalities visible and loud.

One on one sessions
In this workshop, you'll be getting your hands dirty with clay and learn the basics of pottery on a pottery wheel.
You will get a guided 20 minute one on one session behind the wheel and what you create will be yours to keep .

A collective session designed to create a new relationship with your singing voice for non musicians and musicians alike.
Singing is the first musical instrument known to man, being the most instinctive way to express any kind of emotion that we feel in the moment. Instead of trying to sing songs we would dive within and sing without any lyrics to access an intuitive expression.
