Applying to participate in the URS is a three-step process:

(1) Complete the online form to indicate your intent to participate by 3/1/18. If you have any questions about this process, contact Dan Gerth or Kim Baldus.

(2) The URS Committee will contact you by email to confirm your participation and arrange for approval from your faculty member. You will also be invited to participate in an optional abstract/poster preparation session.

(3) Submit your final abstract (or project description) and an electronic copy of your poster (if applicable) by 4/10/18 for final review and approval to print. Printing assistance will be available from the URS Committee.
