A prep kitchen / open bar concept were included for entertainment support. Currently under construction.

Overlooking the Trinity River Valley, this poolhouse provides a shady respite and consistent, cool breeze in an open loggia. The wings provide a commanding private office, changing area, restroom, and an entertaining kitchen. Currently under construction.
The project consisted of a unique live-work program that provided indoor and outdoor physical therapy space, an in-law suite, four bedrooms, and a raised seating/study area. The 2,698 SF design occupies a 7,000 SF lot in the Bluebonnet Hills neighborhood.
