Remote Access 

Remote access to subscribed e-resources is via OpenAthens and Virtual Private Network (VPN). While VPN is still active (but will be removed in the near future), it is recommended that you use OpenAthens unless the database you need is not yet available there. 

OpenAthens is a web service that provides remote access using your UP Mail (@up.edu.ph) account. For more details, please visit our Remote Access page.
