Reference Services

Reference Service is an important personalized service in the library, and the Reference Librarian usually conducts it to a group of library users. 

When the pandemic hit the country in March 2020, it transformed the provision of reference services in libraries. Librarians and information professionals have pivoted to working from home and a sweeping transition to online references services. 

At CAMP Library, providing Online Reference Services to its user is via the following means: 

• Chat-a-Librarian; 

• Email; and 

• Facebook.
