Equity, diversity, and inclusion are central to the goal of the MSGSA and related activities.

Equity is a core principle that aims to eliminate barriers and biases. Diversity is a feature among individuals based on their living differences. Diversified perspectives are the foundations of communication and exchange. Finally, inclusion guarantees all participants are equally valued, respected, welcomed, and supported within the association community.

MSGSA's mission is to foster a welcoming environment where all Members feel included and valued, regardless of ethnic background. Therefore, the Executive Committee is committed to:
