Some Fun Tonight: The Backstage Story of How the Beatles Rocked America: The Historic Tours of 1964-1966 is a Beatles collector's delight: a 13-pound, 600+ page, two-volume hardcover set rich with rarely-seen photographs of the concerts and artifacts from the tours. It's available in an affordable paperback edition as well.

Our role

We copyedited the books in 2013 and are now helping the author, Beatles historian and collector Chuck Gunderson of San Diego, book talks and multimedia presentations throughout Cascadia in conjunction with the upcoming exhibit at the Oregon Historical Society in Portland (May 10-November 12, 2019), which features hundreds of photographs and artifacts from his collection.
