The Project
This project brings attention to the silent devastation of Agent Orange in Vietnam, chronicling the lives of those left behind. It reveals the long-term consequences for generations affected and the ongoing efforts to heal and rebuild.
Our project strives to advocate for greater understanding and support for those affected by this devastating legacy of the Vietnam War. We hope to bridge the past with the present, amplifying the voices of survivors and making their experiences available to the public, educators, and policymakers.

Mr. Paul Cox lives in Berkeley, CA, and is a civil engineer. He is a veteran of the Vietnam War. He spent eighteen months in country as a Marine infantryman.

Dr. Yen Vo is the co-founder of the Disability Research and Capacity Development (DRD), an organization dedicated to advocate for people with disabilities in Vietnam.

Dr. Diane Fox (Ph.D., Anthropology) is an independent scholar. She's the author of "Living with Agent Orange: Conversations in Postwar Viet Nam." Dr. Fox interviewed families and individuals living with its aftereffects across the northern, central, and southern regions of the country.

Susan Hammond is the founder and executive director of the War Legacies Project, a nonprofit organization that works to address the long-term health and environmental impacts of war, including the impacts of Agent Orange in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.

Dr. Charles Bailey is a public policy specialist with a PhD in agricultural economics. Dr. Bailey has worked to mobilize attention and resources in the United States, assess progress on the ground in Vietnam and present independent findings and analysis through public reports, meetings with officials and convenings of key stakeholders.
