By downloading, installing, or using Universal Pizza ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please uninstall and discontinue use of the App. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Universal Pizza is a food ordering platform developed by Pukar Panchal (ProjectReDesign) that allows users to browse a pizza menu, place orders, and make payments. The App connects customers with a single restaurant/kitchen operated by the service owner.
• You must register using a valid email address to place orders.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All orders placed through the App are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or unavailability of items.
All prices displayed in the App are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Prices may change without prior notice.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service. We do not store your card or banking details.
You may cancel your order only before it has been accepted and preparation has begun. Once an order is marked as 'Preparing', cancellation is not permitted.
• If your order is cancelled before preparation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 2 hours with photo evidence at the email below.
• Refunds are processed via Razorpay and subject to their processing timelines.
• No refunds will be issued for change of mind after preparation has started.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on distance, weather, and order volume. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control. Delivery is available only within the service area defined in the App.
You agree not to:
• Place fraudulent or fake orders
• Misuse promotional offers or discount codes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose under Indian law
All content in the App, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Pukar Panchal / ProjectReDesign and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProjectReDesign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to food quality disputes, allergic reactions, or delivery delays. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
Our menu items may contain common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free kitchen environment. Please contact us before ordering if you have severe allergies.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting in the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
