Estimated delivery times are displayed when an order is placed. Actual delivery times may vary due to:
Weather conditions
Traffic
High order volume
Restaurant preparation time
Other unforeseen circumstances
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Customers can track the status of their orders through the Universal Pizza mobile application when this feature is available.
If our delivery partner is unable to complete the delivery due to an incorrect address, unreachable customer, or other customer-related reasons, the order may be cancelled by Universal Pizza. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
We currently deliver only to locations within our supported delivery zones. Orders placed outside our service area may be declined.
