Universal Pizza ("the App") is operated by ProjectReDesign, owned by Pukar Panchal ("we", "our", or "us").
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights when using Universal Pizza.
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:
Phone number (used for account authentication through One-Time Password (OTP))
Customer name
Delivery address
Order notes (if provided)
Payment reference IDs for completed payments
Staff email address (for staff login only)
We do not store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
If you choose to use the location picker while entering a delivery address, the App may request access to your device's precise location.
Your location is used only to help you select an accurate delivery address.
Universal Pizza does not continuously track your location and does not collect background location data.
Location permission is optional and can be denied from your device settings.
If you allow notification permission, the App may send notifications regarding:
Order confirmation
Order preparation
Order dispatch
Order completion
Important service updates
These notifications are delivered using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
Payments are securely processed through Razorpay.
Universal Pizza does not collect or store:
Card numbers
CVV
UPI PIN
Net banking passwords
We only receive payment status and transaction reference information required to confirm your order.
Customers sign in using their mobile phone number and OTP verification provided through our authentication service.
Staff members sign in using authorized email and password credentials.
We use your information to:
Verify your identity
Process and deliver food orders
Contact you regarding your orders
Display your saved delivery information
Process payments
Send order notifications
Prevent fraud and unauthorized access
Improve our services
Comply with legal obligations
We use trusted third-party service providers, including:
Supabase – user authentication, cloud database, and order management
Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) – push notifications
Razorpay – payment processing
These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Process your orders
Authenticate your account
Process payments
Deliver notifications
