UVP Committee securely store and use information about you while you remain a member of UVP.

UVP Committee use your name, telephone number and email address, to contact you about activities and meetings. We do not need or ask for your home address unless we are helping you complete the gym membership form, as the Centre requires that information. We do not retain a copy of your gym membership form.

UVP Committee hold your emergency contact name and phone number and essential medical information, so if necessary, it can be shared with paramedics in emergency situations in order to save your life. It will not be shared with any one else. For example, the Secretary will give a Committee member attending an activity the password protected emergency details of those attending. The details will only be accessed in an emergency and are only accessible for the day of the activity. After the activity, these will be deleted.
