The battlion executive officer works directly with the battalion commander on a day to day basis and takes the responsiblity of battalion commanding officer in their absence. Additionally they are in charge of the Admin and Supply department at Union Grove High School

The operations officer at Union Grove High School is responsible for day to day operations of the unit. This includes creating the plan of the week and the plan of the month. Additionally they act as a medium between community leaders for volunteering events.

As the most senior enlisted personnel in the battalion, the command master chief is responsible for the wellbeing of the enlisted personnel. Additionally, they work with the company chiefs to ensure classroom procedures are functioning productively.

The Admin department if responsible for the majority of record keeping of the wolverine battalion. They keep track of community service hours and all types of team participation.

Assistant Supply Officer: Cadet Ensign Peyton Stovall
The supply department is responsible for issuing uniforms, taking inventory, and keeping the areas clean. A supply assistant is available in every company and that person should be contacted for any uniform issues.
