We sampled landfill leachate from a solid waste disposal site in Canada and assessed their leachate at different stages in the treatment process, including the untreated stage.

Since 2019, the U of T Trash Team has been conducting field research and analyzing litter captured by trash traps each season along the Toronto Waterfront
In 2022, I worked as a field research assistant in this project
We removed >100 kg (including nearly 100,000 small plastic pieces) of anthropogenic litter using Seabins, LittaTraps and skimming by hand
