I'm interested in the materials in our environment - especially microplastics.
My research focuses on method development of automated microplastics analysis. Prior to this, I completed an BSc in Materials Science with a double minor in Chemistry and Forest Biomaterials.
When not in the lab, I enjoy rowing or biking along Lake Ontario, creating upcycled art, reading and making short videos to capture meaningful moments in my life. I’m also on Bikechain's Board of Directors, where I combine my passion for cycling with efforts to build a more inclusive and sustainable community.
Currently, I'm a PhD student working with Dr. Chelsea Rochman at the University of Toronto (U of T), Department of Physical and Environmental Sciences.
I am a current MIXCHEM CREATE Trainee and an incoming Massey Junior Fellow in 2026-27.
