About

I'm a MSc Student working with Dr. Chelsea Rochman at the University of Toronto (U of T), Department of Physical and Environmental Sciences. I'm interested in the materials in our environment - especially microplastics. For my masters, I'm focusing on method development for the automation of microplastics analysis using Raman spectroscopy. Prior to this, I completed an Honours BSc in Materials Science with a double minor in Chemistry and Forest Biomaterials.

When not in the lab, I enjoy rowing or biking along Lake Ontario, creating upcycled art, reading and making short videos to capture meaningful moments in my life. I’m also proud to serve on Bikechain's Board of Directors, where I combine my passion for cycling with efforts to build a more inclusive and sustainable community.
