Our culinary journey in Lugo introduced us to the art and tradition of handmade pasta. We began by shopping for fresh ingredients together, creating an opportunity to connect with local food culture. The following day, we transformed these ingredients into traditional pasta varieties, including tagliatelle, passatelli, garganelli, cappelletti, and orecchioni (tortelloni). Through preparing, shaping, and sharing these dishes, we gained a deeper appreciation of Lugo’s culinary heritage and the role of food in bringing people together.
