Regardless, you’ve heard of the ancient weapons of the gods, and you wish to have them as your own. Sit back and listen then, as I tell you what I know: * * * * * Ymir’s Presence High above the frozen lake the champion stood atop the ancient pagoda, looking out across the wet, frozen expanse towards the claws erupting from the earth. As the winter storm raged around him, he embedded his axe into the wall to hold his balance. Mitra’s Blessing Sand blows violently about the massive stone feet as worshippers gather around the Defender of the Good. They gaze upon the blessing that pierces His holy effigy, frightful of its purpose. It appeared in a flash of thunderous light and none have the courage to approach it, apprehensive they may incur their God's wrath. Swingers of Derketo The apes watched as a shadowy figure stole into their midst. It approached the waterfall from above, and began to descend the nearby wall, as though trying to sneak a glimpse of the terrible queen. Misfortune befell the figure that day: moss-covered rock makes for a slippery surface. No sooner had the figure descended past the point of no return, than their grip failed and they tumbled to their doom.
