The story follows the adventures of three little dinosaurs and their mother. They live in a cave where Momma Dino has eggs to protect. Unfortunately, Sid is an unruly child and scares off the younger animals. The movie follows the gang as they attempt to protect the eggs, but a female Tyrannosaurus returns to steal them, taking them underground. Sid is chased by Diego, but luckily, the two kids meet Buck, and they end up saving him from carnivorous dinosaurs.

The game's third part, titled Dawn of the Age, features a challenging game mode. In this mode, players must collect coins, find the right route, and avoid traps in order to get points. The levels have different obstacles to overcome, including ice roads, water fire, and stairs.
