For employees transferring from another Forest, agency, or private sector, the Forest Training Officer will request records from the employee's previous unit and request the employee be placed “inactive” (INAC) in IQCS or request a transfer file from IQS. Transferring employees must undergo a qualifications audit to determine certification, recertification, or decertification prior to issuance of an Incident Qualification Card. Missing required documentation will be requested through employees with notification to Unit Training Officers.
If you are an employee transferring to another Forest, agency, or private sector, please contact your new training officer to initiate the transfer process.
