Depending on your team the 6 route will be a 10 yard in or dig. For a 10 yard in, it's very similar to the 10 yard out but just going inside. Sprint 10 yards and suddenly break in. For a dig route you sprint 10 yards, post break for 2 yards then break inside and continue across the field.
VS Press: It is okay to release inside or outside since it's a longer route.
Run 10 yards and break at a 45 degree angle up the field towards the sideline. Important to suddenly break like all routes.
VS Press: Best to release outside
Variation: Stem route inside while maintaining outside leverage, selling a cross route, then suddenly break for corner.
Very similar to the corner route, just breaking in instead of out, towards the post. Running 10 yards then suddenly breaking inside at a 45 degree angle up the field.
VS Press: Best to release inside. Outside is okay as long as you can work your way inside for the post break.
The easiest route to run because you're essentially going straight but there is still technique to it. At beginning of route it's best to go 2 yards outside of where you're running to, instead of running on a straight line.
VS Press: Okay to release inside or outside but must either stack or come back outside at the end of the route.
Variation: Run up-field then stutter step at 5 or 10 yards to sell hook/curl breakdown. Then continue route.
