To review how to submit a PTO request, check your requests, and cancel your PTO requests, you can either watch this example video or follow the step-by-step instructions below.

Tap the ˅ arrow in the reason box of the My Time Off tile (see image below).
Then, scroll down to click on "PTO."
Tap in the "Dates" box to select the date for which you are requesting PTO.
Tap Submit.
Optional: If you tap on "Advanced Options," you will receive additional options (see image below).
You have many more options here, so it is easier to make a mistake. If you choose to go through the Advanced Options, make sure you are precise with your selections. After making your selections, tap "Submit."
If you select the "Hours" option, you will type in the start time of your PTO and the duration, or length, of the PTO time you are wanting to take.
If you select the "Full" or "Half" option, you must already have a schedule in the system for the day you selected, or it will cause a zero.
After you submit a PTO request, you can check your "Inbox" (located at the bottom of your screen).
Once you tap your "Inbox," you will see the screen below with all of your messages.
If you tap "View All," you will be able to see all of your notifications and PTO requests.
Once you have tapped "View All," you will be able to see the Request Status for all of your PTO requests (see image below).
You can also see your requests and notifications on the My Notifications tile located on your home screen by tapping "My Requests."
You will want to stay in your inbox to cancel your PTO.
Select the checkbox of the the request you would like to cancel.
Then, tap the "Cancel" button in the upper right corner (see image below).
A pop up will appear on the right side of the screen asking you to confirm the cancellation, and you will receive a "Success" message once the PTO has been successfully cancelled.
