Presentation Duration:
Standard and Invited Presentation: 12 mins + 3 mins for Q&A
Keynote Presentation: 25 mins + 5 mins for Q&A
Plenary Presentation: 35 mins + 5 mins for Q&A
All presentations will be run on a Windows operating system, so please ensure your PowerPoint files (.pptx) are compatible. This includes formatting embedded videos and colour schemes, especially if your presentation was created on an alternative OS.
You can choose one of the following two options to present your slides:
Bring Your Own Device
Please bring your laptop on the day of the presentation. An HDMI cable will be provided.
Bring a USB Drive
Alternatively, bring your presentation on a USB flash drive, clearly labelled with your presentation number and presenter name. The file will be transferred to the venue computer before your session.
