Here is some information you'll need to know before we see you in June.

You will also need to join our Google Classroom so that you can submit any assignments there.
Please enroll so that you'll receive updates about new information.

Orientation Overview
New U-GROW Scholars must complete the following:
Accept Cedars-Sinai appointment letter
Supply information and pass background check
Complete in-person health screening with Cedars-Sinai Employee Health Services, including documentation of required vaccinations
Provide proof of I-9 and tax documentation
Complete new hire paperwork and trainings
Detailed information can be found on the Cedars-Sinai Preparing for your Internship page. You do not need to select a start date; one will be assigned to you.
Required trainings:
Virtual NEO General Orientation (~2 hours)
Virtual NEO General Prerequisites (~2 hours)
Fire Safety Training (~2.5-4 hours)
EHS All Hazards Quiz (~30 min)
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) All Hazards Training (~3 hours)
