After attending training and reviewing this website, Student Organizations will need to complete the UCLA Engineering Lab & Space Safety Protocols Agreement form. This will need to be signed by the president or leader of your organization or design team, your Lab or Space Manager (whomever is responsible for managing the space you occupy), and your Faculty Advisor.
