Installing Nextcloud 13

Something about how the big available companies on the Internet have become the new Juggernaut of corporate overreach and immoral monopoly power, I've been looking for a way to get out from under the tyranny of "being the product," while still being able to share information with the appropriate people I desire to share it with. The Open-Source software called NextCloud (based on OwnCloud) seems to be a step in that direction.
