Noteworthy Games

Each season, there are a number of games that the site denotes as "Noteworthy" and highlight them on the World Homepage and then catalog a list of all of them from the current season into one list on the "Noteworthy Games" section of the "News" section. However, at the end of each season, this list gets erased...in several other worlds I've seen a performance listed as "Noteworthy" and wondered if it was the best ever for that world with no way to know definitively. My aim with this portion of the blog is to answer that question for the new world that we have created here. This page will contain screen-shots of the list of Noteworthy Games from each season, as well as links to in-depth breakdowns of the various pitching and hitting performances to come as close as possible to answering the question: what is the best individual performance of all time in this world??

To evaluate each of the individual pitching performances, the Game Score metric will be used. To evaluate the hitting performances, the "ESPN Rating" will be used.
