COURSE NAME:

Introduction to Strategic Consulting Studies

      Through harmonious personal and professional transformations from Finance and the Public Sector to HR and the Education industry, I've identified two professional key traits: 1) ability to establish a culture of continuous improvement, 2) strong passion for human development. Found my mission as fostering human capital development within business context.

    This course aims to help you understand the ability to search for missing data, identify essential and non-essential information, analyze and process large amounts of information, think in a structured and logical way, make hypotheses and assumptions, logically and structurally formalize the results.

​Course will include following main blocks: ​Review of the strategic consulting industry (business, corporate culture, ideal candidates); Intro to presentation and writing skills by B. Minto; Theory of case structuring, frameworks; ​Intro to case-solving interview format;
