Performance objectives
Point 1. Performance objectives should clearly define what learners are expected to accomplish. They should be specific and measurable, allowing for assessment of whether the objective has been achieved
Point 2. Objectives should describe observable behaviors or actions that demonstrate mastery of the subject matter. This makes it easier to assess learners' progress and proficiency
Point 3. Objectives should align with the overall learning outcomes or goals of the instructional program or course. They should reflect what learners need to know or be able to do by the end of the learning experience
Point 4. Objectives should specify a timeframe within which they are expected to be achieved. This helps learners and instructors track progress and manage their time effectively
Point 5. Objectives should be attainable within the constraints of the learning environment and resources available. They should challenge learners to stretch their abilities but not be so difficult as to be unattainable
